Happy with this session - KS shared valuable insights to today's job market for mature workforce like me, and how we can "market" ourselves. The skills framework is something I will refer to often.
Excellent opportunity to get clarity on the direction.
Advisor did his homework to do background check and advice accordingly.
The advisor was clear in providing information regarding the field and no wrong assumption pertaining to what entails in the field. He provided guidance for non-IT background to enter the industry by moving into your primary field with tech requirement and gradually moving into specific ICT area such as cybersecurity. Duration is neat and nice, and it helps to be focused.
It is one of the best platform provided for establishing communication between highly successful tech stalwart and member with clear guidance and coaching mentorship.
